Providing Access to Assessment Design and Configuration for Teachers

Welcome to SDO Zamboanga City DIBAS. This website serves as the navigational platform to the database of assessment items, the repository of all test contents of this SDO. It includes the test questions; item authoring and uploading; item analysis collection; assessment error watch; HOT-SOLO-based test item, MATATAG exemplars and assessment configuration tool. This platform provides you the qualitatively validated items, reliable content and defensible test forms in both distance and face-to-face learning.

In support to DIBAS v.5.0 , this platform is designed to ease you in preparing your hybrid assessments, providing you with access to the assessment items in all learning areas. Hence, helping you develop your summative and other forms of assessment using qualitatively validated items to be delivered in different modalities.

​HOW TO SIGN UP AND NAVIGATE

  1. Sign up using your Deped Google account. Facebook or personal Gmail may also be used but subject to validation by the administrator per learning area.

  2. For quick validation of access, proceed on filling out the Teacher's Profile Form and click the submit button.

  3. Go to the assessment items and select the subject and grade level.

  4. You will be redirected to the quarter page. Click the button to get access to the assessment items of the selected grade level and quarter.​

 

HOW TO PRE-SELECT ITEMS

  1. Fill out the Google Tracking Form and select the lesson/s covered in your assessment.

  2.  Read each of the assessment's items and select the items to be used in your assessment by ticking the 'Used' button.

  3. A link to the complete Google Form and Word Docs' drive will be displayed upon submitting your responses on the item selection.

  4. Request access by inputting your school name, school ID number and school address. 

 

HOW TO DESIGN YOUR ASSESSMENT

  1. For online assessment, you may access the Google Form and make a copy to your drive.

  2. You may edit the Google Form or import the selected items from the copied Google Form to your new Google Form in your drive

  3. You may also save and download the file to PDF and convert it to Word Docx or use the 'Google Form to Docs' adds on.

  4. For offline modality assessment, you may download the Microsoft Word Document file. Copy and paste the selected items to a new Word Docx.
